By now, everyone should have boarding passes for outbound and return travel.
Bags
Everyone has a cabin bag for the overhead locker 🎒.
Even if your ticket says you have a hold bag, do not bring one! 🙅♂️⛔️ This is for equipment 🎥.
Some people have asked about using some space in the larger equipment bags for particular bits of costume 🎩👠👑. This is fine but let me know!
Ben W, Rory and Georgia can check in bigger hold bags 💅💁♂️.
Getting to Alicante
Ben W, Will and Andrei:
Meet at the office on Thursday morning at 9:00am. We'll be getting an Uber with the equipment to Liverpool Street 🚖.
Ben S, Rory and Helen:
Meet at Liverpool Street Station at 9:20am. We'll then all be travelling to Southend Airport together 🚂.
Emma, Georgia and Stella:
You're all coming out on separate flights ✈️. Let me know if you have any questions.
Airport To The Villa
Ben W, Ben S, Rory, Will, Helen and Andrei:
We'll be hiring a car at the airport and driving to the villa 🚗.
Emma
When you get in Thursday night, hop in a taxi and head over 🚕. I'll send you the details of the villa separately #SpoilerAlert.
Georgia
When you get in Friday lunchtime, we'll come and pick you up 🚗.
Stella

Villa Back To the Airport

On Sunday, we'll either drive you to the airport or book a taxi. We'll figure it out when we're there 🚗🚕.

On Monday, you'll drive back to the airport and drop off the hire car 🚗.
Ben W, Rory and Georgia
We'll get a taxi to Alicante on Tuesday 🚕.
Food and Drink
There's a full kitchen and outdoor BBQ where we're staying 👨🍳. There's also a supermarket nearby and we'll have the car to get around.
I'll be buying in food for breakfast 🥑, lunch 🥖 and dinner 🍝 (meal suggestions welcome!). I'll also be getting some snacks 🍪 and some drinks for us all to share (probably beer/wine/some spirits and mixers 🍺🍷🍹). Then if anyone wants anything extra you can just head to the supermarket with us.
Itinerary
Thursday
Mostly travel, we'll do a quick food shop and then laze around ☀️.
Friday
Lazy day. No real plans. We can do the big food shop and then Georgia gets in around lunchtime. Stella gets in in the evening 🍾.
saturday
Drive to the beach 🌊🐳. Probably take a picnic.
We can also have a bit of a rest ready for the evening and then we'll be throwing a party 🎉 (with a twist 😱).
Everyone now knows who they are - I hope your costumes are coming along nicely 👯 👯♂️.

Sunday
Sleeping 😴. Headaches 🤒. Regret 💄. Showers and make-up remover 🚿. Food and laziness.
We can have a nice lunch before Stella leaves in the afternoon 😭
On the evening, we can throw on our pyjamas and have a movie 🍿 or board games night 🎲.
Monday
Last breakfast together and then Ben S, Will, Helen and Andrei leave 😢.
Ben W, Rory and Georgia stay 1 more night and then head to Alicante the next day.
